There were 4-5 birthday parties going on at the same time and the kids I brought only had an hour and a half to play three games. The staff were unbelievably kind and worked with us to quickly get the kids out of one game and into the very next - sometimes switching ticket colors very quickly to make it happen.

It was easy. reserving online was great - the fact that it showed available time slots online is so very useful when trying to pick a date for the party. also the reservation over the phone was easy - because the website information provided what I needed to make decisions on, so when I called in to reserve the time/date I already had decided on what I wanted or not - e.g. balloons, cake, etc. -

I wouldn't change anything. I like how you can opt in or out of having the extras available.

I liked having a dedicated assistant to "run the show". I also liked that the party room was already stocked and prepared so that we didn't have to run to other places to get food, drinks, etc. And we didn't have to wait to get anything. The pizzas were ready immediately, the hostess brought our ice cream on time. That is very much a valuable asset for the party givers.

Bringing 16 wild 8 year-olds and having them play in a safe environment and have so much fun was amazing! Also the unlimited drinks in the refrigerator in our party room were a very nice thing. We hadn't realized how thirsty we would get playing laser tag but we were very glad to have beverages for us and the kids. I also loved that parents of the birthday boy could play for free. My husband and I had a great time.

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of our party host but everyone at UltraZone that night was helpful, courteous, and worked together to make our party a great success.

Thanks to our party host -Jose- he was a superstar... We had brought a novelty item that we wanted all the kids to sign and Jose stepped up and asked each child as they came in to sign before escorting them to the game. He also helped a coordinatre a picture of everyone playing. JOSE ROCKS!!

The best thing about having a party at Ultrazone is the no worry and the kids have the ultimate fun!! I also like that I can order pizza and don't have to worry about it.

Mom and Dad got to relax and visit with other parents. We had FUN with the kids, The kids all had a blast. The entire area is clean and secure. The play and party areas are fun and well designed. We had great service all around from the front desk, game masters, and from our awesome party host, Reggie. Reggie was the best. He made sure everyone had all that they needed through the entire party.

We had extra parents that played in the two game periods, and he took care of them too. He made our party feel like we were the most important party of the day!

Our entire party experiance was fantastic. Pizza was good. The birthday cake we ordered was very nice and tasted delicious. The kids loved the Starwars room we were in. Everyone had a blast playing laser tag and arcade games.

Parents of guests told us "Best party"! I compared different party venues before picking Panther. Hands down Panther has the best price and party program.

Our party was super-fun and well organized. The kids had a fabulous time. The 10am time was definitetly the best for younger children and I would highly recommend others use that time for younger kids.

My child loved it! The party rooms were spacious and clean.

No prep, hassle-free party for my family. The boys had a blast! Most laser tag places offer almost the same things at the same price. Panther offers just a little bit more.

Jacob was our party organizer and he was fantastic. He really related well with the 12 year-old boys that I brought and gave them lots of hints on how to play the game a little better. Jacob did all of the work and let my husband and I just enjoy ourselves with the kids. When we plan our next party, I will definitely ask for him again!

I have three other children and look forward to booking another party at Lazer Xtreme. It was the best party that I've ever had for my son.

Several of the boys in our group said they wanted to have their birthday party there, and were ready to come back next week and play again.

Dimas did an excellent job as our host. I liked having a party host to help with the activities.

I LOVED the time set aside for younger players -- I don't remember what this package is called. But having my seven year old competing against kids his same age made a BIG difference. I would continue to offer the younger kid package - age limitation and shorter games - . This was GREAT for our family.

The pacing of the party worked well. The break between the first and the second game, then pizza, then clear out of the room while playing the third game. The kids also liked the taste of the pizza offered.

Things I liked:

The children were able to eat pizza and enjoy each other whether they were in the party room, playing games or playing lazer tag. No clean up or set up for the parents.

Our hostess Tiffany was terrific. We didn't have a lot of kids there, but she was still very helpful and attentive and always checking in with us. She got my little girl a glow bracelet and helped us take everying to the car. Very nice and pleasant person.

I liked that I didn't have to have the boys tearing up my house and running around and try to think of things to do to keep them occupied!

My son said it was the best birthday ever! I wish we would have invited a few more boys, because some of them were no shows, so we had extra space. But it all worked out and was a great day for everyone-including the parents.

I liked the professional staff. I was shocked at the level of service. The staff was extremely mature and professional. A HUGE relief to parents who are used to apathetic customer service at some similar venues.

Dimas was our host and I can't speak highly enough of him. I couldn't believe how mature he was and his professionalism was terrific. He was organized, polite, gracious and very concerned with providing a high level of customer service. He is a young man with a very bright future and a great face for Ultrazone.

I would highly recommend Ultrazone to my friends. As a parent, we have many choices. But I don't think there is a more carefree experience for parents at a fair price and that is due to employees like Dimas.

I liked no setup or clean up. I didn't have to host or entertain 18 eight year old boys.

Reggie our party host was great! He took care of everything even getting our "late" arrivials into the game to play. He was there the whole time, I never had to go looking for him.

I have had parties at your center for my son but not her. She wanted to have something special for her 16th Birthday party and since some boys were coming, we thought this kind of party would be perfect and it was.

It was very organized and I, as a parent, didn't find I had to do anything but be there -- which is very nice.

All the kids had alot of fun. If my son wants to do the same thing when his 16 comes around, I know where to go.

I definitely will have a party here again and will tell my friends about your place. it is very clean and kept up so I hope it will continue to be that way. I is also nice that the vest and guns work too. I have been at other places where that has not been the case.
